Federal Way Automotive absolutely understands what I am talking about when I ask questions, and they answer them the best they can. I would say we have been going there for maybe five years now.

Recently, I had a problem with my engine missing, and they understood what was going on and fixed it. I have a really difficult old car, and it's not exactly one of the easier ones to work on. It's a Cadillac DeVille, and they can be very difficult to work on. They're complicated because they have so much stuff on them, and even though this one is a '98, it gets complicated because it has so many computer systems.

Federal Way Automotive is a family, and they couldn't be nicer people. They are super, super wonderful, friendly, kind people. They always know you by your first name, and they're really sweet.
