Total Cleaning Solutions cleaned my sectional sofa on Monday. I'm SUPER SATISFIED! Techs were friendly, asked questions and then told me exactly what would happen. They were extremely thorough and did a GREAT job. Five star recommendation! The sectional took about 8 hours to dry completely, and when it did, it looked great and smelled fresh! (No doggie odor at all!) I don't mean it had a perfume-y scent-- I actually (goofy as it sounds) put my face right up against the pillows to smell them-- it just smelled fresh and clean. The techs (Erin was the lead) were an absolute plus to the experience, too-- informative, helpful and courteous.
