Love it.. Never had a problem. been using since my granddaughters 1st birthday. each year a different them and the company keeps in contact especially each year around her birthday..offereing any assistance possible. Its the hightlight of the party and the kids never want to get out. In fact when its pick up time have to make the kids get out.
