Universal Electronics was responsive when they came out. There was lots of confusion about what we needed to have done. The person who did the installation was particularly knowledgeable about stereos, but not about the aesthetics. We didn't want wires sticking out and everything. We had to spend more money to get the builder involved. Universal Electronics is knowledgeable, but not a really good fit if you put in what is aesthetically acceptable.
