The customer service at Nettouch Consulting is good, so whenever you have downtime or a problem they handle it and get the parts. Our server's down time is very short and they do our workstations, our mail server, our on site cameras, offsite workstations and offsite computing from a jobsite standpoint. I have been using them maybe 6 or 8 years and they entertain any idea we want to do and they do it well.
