I was having a termite issue and scheduled Surf City Pest Control to come out and treat the house. They did find we had two types of termites we had the ones that fly which were in the eves of the house and also underground termites. The treatment for this was to tent the house and drill holes in the floor and outside. The house was treated and the specialist was able to answer all of our questions and was polite and personable. They did their job and we are termite-free.

After the termite treatment, the specialist filled the holes that were drilled on the outside of the house but he had neglected to fill the holes that he had made inside. Unfortunately, we had gotten about six full days of rain which is not normal in my area. I was cleaning the room where they had pulled the carpet and padding back to drill the holes and it was wet, very wet. I called them right away and they came out and filled the holes. They also paid toward getting a new carpet and tacking because that had rusted as well, so they took care of that issue without any problems at all.

Although all of this was considerably inconvenient I do understand that mistakes happen and nothing is perfect all the time. For them stepping up and taking care of this issue and for the elimination of the termites with their treatment I would use them again and I would recommend them.
