Surf City Pest Control was prompt. The service guys were very polite and respectful. They did a thorough examination of the perimeter of our attic. They set up traps and made a suggestion for weather stripping the garage door, which they did for an extra $115. They were great over the holidays. I actually caught the rat in one of my own traps, which was why I didn't give them five stars. The rat was eating my soap, so I used that as bait and caught him. The guys that came out were very nice.
