The office staff were pleasant and helpful. They even donated bus fare for us to go shopping while we waited for the service to be completed. Because it was an emergency they worked us in as quickly as possible. The work was done in good time and solved the problem. When we had to return for another issue, they again took care of us in good order.
It happened on Labor Day Weekend. Our car began overheating. Gateway Transmissions was the only garage that answered the phone even though it was forwarded to their home. They promised to take us right in on Tuesday a.m. They had to remove the front clip to replace the radiator. Despite having to order the radiator it was completed in two days. The next day water was still leaking. This time it was the water pump. This was completed the same day. This took care of all the problems and everything is working well now.
