Worst repair experience I've ever had

Traveling through Washington from Florida when transmission failed. Four days short of eight weeks I finally got my vehicle badk. Over $6000 dollars out of pocket expense including rental car. Two breakdowns, each within 200 miles of the transmission being "rebuilt" requirine towing. In my opinion they were untruthful, uncommuitative, unprofessional and most of all unaploogetic.

A little over two years after this review was written, we recieved a call from this customer. He was in camping in Virginia, and had what he felt was transmission problems. We helped him get to a nearby transmission shop, and guided them through a minor repair to get him fully functioning again. In spite of this being the "worst repair experience ever", he is still going strong over two years later, and still taking advantage of our excellent warranty service!
