Sold me a new Lennox system that had the i comfort thermostat was to be so good! Had them come out over 9 times still does not work right! In the last year had them out over and over now am hearing not the system I bought. Been calling every day waiting for return call. Now the man who was to call has left town and will not be back for a week! Turn on the heat only 1 of 3 vents in den had air coming out of a unit that just turned 1 year old in August! Called them about problem will send some one right away but charged me a service fee and it still was not fixed! Had to call again and got some one who told me the system they installed was not what it was supposed to be. Still waiting to hear back from them! Totally disgusted!
