I am a business owner in Nola. First time using Keefe’s and so the service group seem competent. My complaint is with the overall company and how the operate their business. When a service call is dispatched, they start put the hard sell on you to.buy their maintenance agreement. 10 percent off bill which u do not receive.. complete diagnostics on u it which you did not request. A verbal proposal is then submitted to you, never in writing. When MY job was complete, the bill was $500.00 higher then the proposal. They double talk you, they are careless with ur credit card, and because there was no oroposal in writing, they treat u like u misunderstood the repairs. Maintenance Deot will. It answer phone calls and will not call u back. Technician broke a water line and when I insisted they fix it, they did. Although I believe the additional $500.00 was payment for Derek breaking and fixing the line. Should hv been no charge due to them breaking. These people are a scam organization. I will never use them again.
