I purchased the bronze service contract. At the end of May my ac unit was serviced. The technician said I needed a new capacitor among another things. $800 dollars later it was complete and I also purchased the service contract. Today 9/5 my ac is not working. I called Keefe to set up a repair. No one can tell me when a service call can be scheduled. I’m supposed to be a priority client since I have the contract, it’s been 4 hours and still no call back. I just cancelled by contract and called another company. I was already given a time that they will arrive. I can’t wait to see what is wrong.
