We had an a/c, heater and duct work installed about 9 years ago by this company and we didn’t realize at the time how poorly of a job the installers did. It wasn’t until a few years ago that we realized this due to using different companies servicing our unit and ultimately having it completely changed out, (duct work as well), by a different company a few days ago. We did have issues with the heater the very 1st year due to condensation build up on a contact strip. They had to come out every year to replace it and blamed the manufacturer of the part. Our plenum was never sealed/taped at all therefore condensation was a problem. Also, our duct work was not suspended in the attic in places that it should have been. We always felt that the unit didn’t work to its fullest capacity throughout the years. It’s too bad that we didn’t learn of the sloppiness of the installers with how they installed our unit until recently because had we knew better back then; we would’ve addressed this back then. I’ll never use or recommend Keefe’s for an installation.
