Totally rip-off and liar

The tech came into my house and said to replace my AC unit compressor it will cost me $4,000 what a rip off. He stayed no more than 5 minutes then left and sat in the car for one hour. then throw strawberries in front of my house then lie and say somebody else thow the strawberries.
