Michael Vizarre was a pleasure to deal with, and was helpful in assisting us choose the perfect carpet for our needs. He was responsive to all requests for information, and was able to send someone to install right away.
Unfortunately, the install was where the excellent service fell away. The installer was friendly, however, late on the first day by several hours which extended the install well into the evening. Also, the installer on the first day discovered that he was slightly short of materials. He did not impart this information to us during the install, and instead informed us at the last minute that the install would have to be completed the next day. He also didn't vacuum the carpet on the first day of the install, leaving us to clean up copious amounts of carpet fibers left all over the install area. The job was indeed finished the next day, however, the closet glides, and floor strips were not put back post install. Overall this was so disappointing, that even though the sales portion of our experience was so positive, I cannot recommend Carpet Liquidators to friends and family.
