Ken's Custom Embroidery will try really hard to do your job right. Whenever they make a mistake, they always go out of their way to fix it. Ken, the owner, is a very nice person. Anytime we have an issue, he always seems to be able to fix the problem. They're nice to do business with and very prompt. When they say they're going to be ready on a day, they have it done that day or earlier.
