I saw Eagle Transmission's ad in the Yellow Pages, which was why I decided to use them. They treated me good and the main mechanic was knowledgeable, but the one who actually worked on my transmission might not have been as knowledgeable.

They rebuilt my transmission and it took longer than I expected. I had to bring it back 3 times for them to resolve an issue. Also, the actual cost was not even close to the estimate they gave me. They had told me what it was going to cost in a "worst case scenario" situation, but I understood that it was not going to be that bad.
