He explained everything clearly and and he actually removed the damaged part and showed me the problem. I was impressed by that.

Wes is a very knowledgeable technician. He thinks logically and takes the necessary actions to fix the problem rather than to charge you more. He thinks like an MD who diagnoses what is wrong with a patient. And Ginger also has very good customer service.
