I had an awesome experience with Eagle Transmission. I was impressed with their response from the beginning and I appreciated their honesty when the problem turned out not to be the transmission.

My car had broken down in a No Parking zone in front of the school where I had just dropped off my daughter. I initially called a couple of mechanics that gave me bids. When I called Eagle, however, they knew that the first thing that needed to be done was to tow my car out of the No Parking zone. I spoke to Ginger, who sent someone out immediately to pick up the car.

I thought that the problem was my transmission but when they looked at the car, it actually was something else that needed to be repaired. The work that they did was excellent and cost much less than if it had been the transmission.

I definitely recommend Eagle Transmission because of their honesty and service, which was very personal. What more could you ask for?
