CCCC did a fine job. Their website is much improved from the last time (over a year ago) we used their site, and sign up for an appointment was very easy. They contacted me beforehand with a lengthy email, texted me before coming and showed up on time. The employee spoke at length with my husband about some of the stains/issues we have with our carpets and how to best treat them going forward. I will use them again, and will recommend them to others.
