I'm very happy with Crystal Crystal. They arrived within the one hour window!, and Darryl is fantastic. He's one of the friendliest guys iI've ever met, and he cleans the carpets as if they are his own. He went over high traffic areas two or three times and got out stains that I thought were permanent. The carpets look great and they dried so quickly I didn't have to worry at bout keeping my kids off of them. Overall great service!
