I usually use Stanley Steamer, but I thought this was much better. My carpets looked cleaner than they usually do after a cleaning, it was faster, quieter, much dryer immediately after the cleaning and completely dry in a couple hours. This means a lot because I have children and 3 dogs and a cat running around the house. And I got my 2 children's rooms done free. I will definitely use them again.
