The Crystal Carpet cleaning is unparalleled. My carpet really does look amazing, and for this reason I will likely stay with your company. The technician was also very good. I was not pleased with the price. I had purchased a Groupon for $37 this summer, but was not able to use it before it expired. So, I scheduled my cleaning using the discount coupons offered on your website, and then asked that the $37 I paid for the Groupon be deducted from my total since the paid value never expires. You did let me use the $37, but you took away my online coupons, as if the $37 was a coupon. I assure you, it was not. I paid $37. It was not a discount in any way. I know how promotional pricing works. You ALWAYS give a discount. So 'full price' isn't really full price. It's fake. The discounted price is the real price. I feel like I was overcharged for the cleaning. If there was another company offering this type of carpet cleaning in my area, I assure you I would be switching. Since there is not, I can tell you that while I like to get my carpet cleaned twice a year, I will likely only use your service once a year. You will lose money. Luckily, you do such a good job cleaning the carpet, I feel confident my carpet will maintain it's value even with once a year cleaning. If you had more fair or reasonable pricing, I would go with twice a year anyway so that I could have nice looking carpet more often. OH WELL!
