some areas of my family did not come completely clean, although the living looks great. The living room was much worse soiled than the family room, so I'm surprised that the family room traffic areas didn't clean better. I think possibly more time and attention was given to the living room. Darryl's experience with upholstery was evident in that he quickly determined that my couch needed a specialized cleaning process that he could not deliver. This prevented my couch from being damaged, which I greatly appreciate. Darryl was very professional and pleasant.
