Overall, I was very pleased
The technician took the time to explain what he would be doing. He answered my questions with knowledgeable answers. Worked quickly. Was polite and courteous.
He was alone and that surprised me since he was forced to work without a partner as I'm sure that sliding couches around, etc is probably a lot easier with help, but he managed just fine.
