I had bought a groupon to use for them so I wasn't sure what to expect. The gentleman that came out to our house was wonderful!! The cleaning job was GREAT!! No big loud machines, my baby was napping in the other room and never woke up. I think my carpets never looked better from any other cleaning. It leave a wonderful citrus smell and when my dog came in she rolled on it and now my dog smells clean! Bonus! I will use them from now on.
