Extensive knowledge of BMW cars. Feel like I'm in the most capable hands when I bring my vehicle to Vanguard. Both Gary and Paula are a walking encyclopedia of the cars, and it's really impressive in that they are great diagnosticians. The work is carried out very well, and quickly.
It's also quite a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with not a lot of cars jammed in at once. Like a well run medical office.
