We needed a discontinued tile for a small room that had some flooding. I called Broadway Floors as they had the tile online and I wanted to be sure it was in stock. There was a wait when I called so I figured I'd just go ahead and try to place the order online which I was able to do.
Within moments of placing the order I got a call from a rep who had seen my number come in but was on the other line. He was able to check my order, see it was placed, told me it was in stock and it would ship out that afternoon. I couldn't be happier. Box came in two days and was a perfect match. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely go to again with my flooring needs.
