I used Broadway Floors because I was in need of some hard to locate tile. In this area, your company is outstanding. However, when I used your website, it was hard to navigate with little consumer friendly information. I had to call to better place my order. In addition I never received the Email for my original receipt, as well as part of my order was missing. These oversites were eventually corrected, but my overall experience ended up being average.
