We had just moved into our new home and were concerned with a musty smell in the basement. Tom was great. He carefully checked the areas of concern and then cleaned and deodorized the carpet. He also gave me good advice on cleaning the tiled potion of the basement, too. I will happily use All County Chem-Dry in the future.
