Our home had the gamut of issues - spots and stains on carpets and upholstery, pet urine problems, and a heavily soiled, very old oriental rug. The technician, Bruce, took a long time to evaluate our issues and explain our options. He was incredibly informative - I learned things I was never told by my salesmen or designer. Our carpets and upholstery now look great, our home no longer has that pesky urine odor, and even our oriental rug was returned to us in great shape, with the damaged fringe replaced.
