HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The only reason they get one star is their price.
First, I was dealing with Jim (VP of marketing) most of the time. Whenever i went in to go over our project he seemes to not be ready or asked for time to get everything ready. He did this even though I made appointments with him and called him 15 minutes prior to me arriving.
Second, I got new granite coutertops and floor tiles through them. The granite people installed a slab of granite with a chip in it. I called the owner of Modern carpet and she kept assuring me someone would be out to fix it. This happened for the better part of a month. The tile people also broke my pocket door but I decided not to tell the owner as i knew it would be a hassle to deal with them again.
I NEVER complain but these people were horrible. They seemed to only want the money and nothing else. i never got a call back to see if the problem was fixed. i always had to be the one calling. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spend a couple extra dollars to not have to deal with these people!!
