Moon was very pleasant and professional. She came to our home to repair a broken mini-blind string and to fix a cellular shade with delamination. Something I could not find anyone else to repair. Moon has fixed the broken string on thr mini-blind and the separated cellular shades. Time will tell if it all worked out.
