I thought they were very helpful with scheduling. They were able to accommodate my schedule, and I appreciated that. The blinds were clean when they were done. The only problem was when they were washed, the windows got some residue on them so I had to go through and clean the windows after. I wish they would have cleaned that part as well. Otherwise they were very good, it was a very friendly service.
