The gentleman that came didn't know how it could be fixed. He shouldn't have even come in the house. I called Cleaners To Your Door back, and the owner came out to my house. She was charming, professional, and I would call her back. I would not call back the first guy though. One didn't know what he was doing, and the other did a great job.
