Good experience.

I bought a Honda Civic 2008. Although the car was in a good shape at first, some issues arose after the first month. Understandable. The service's guys were kind (this is the good part) but first I was told the problem was one, then another, and so on, and sadly the total cost kept raising (this is the bad part).
