I have used Andy OnCall for a long time. I have tried a couple other handymen, but they did not measure up to Andy OnCall. It does seem like the last two times they jerry-rigged the situation somewhat. I had them make a repair to a reclining chair, but it broke again. Still, they were very nice. Also, the person I speak with over the phone is fabulous. She is all about customer service and she is great about getting back in touch. I would use them again.

For the most part, I rate them a four out of five.
