Serviceman RJ is excellent
RJ showed up on time in the middle of a record heatwave. He was undoubtedly very busy that day. When he arrived, he politely asked me to showed him the relevant hardware. From there on, he explained everything he was going to do and showed me the parts that needed replacement. Thank goodness, he had the parts with him and was able to fix the air conditioner.
