They showed up early and began work immediately. All questions about time frame and what they were up to were answered quickly and thoroughly. Work was completed well before I expected and everything looked good and worked before they left. They cleaned up everything before leaving.

The only problem is that in replacing my return air system, some insulation fell into my heater and was circulated around the house. More work on preventing that would be great.
