do not use this company ! i had a hot water tank installed by this company . first of all , they were supposed to be at our house at 12 pm . the did not show up until 4:45 pm . the were in a plain p/u truck with out a company logo . after installation , the unit began to leak . we called them , and were told that someone would be out arond 11am the next day , well , they didn't show until 8:30pm , after several calls from myself . the guy said he would be back the next day . well , we have not seen anyone since that day ! we have continued to call and they continue to say someone will be right out . our unit continues to leak and now rust is coming out . one more thing , they claimed they were out of invoices when they installed our unit . DO NOT PAY IN CASH ! we have since contacted the better business bureau .
