My experience with Extra Space Place is satisfactory now but at first it was a real problem. At one point, someone backed into the side of my unit's door. I had no way of opening the door and they had no one to contact in case of an emergency. I thought they were poorly organized, but they reacted correctly when they became aware of the problem.
