I've been a customer of Extra Space Place for five years. They are conveniently located just down the street from me. Any time I've had a problem they have been really accommodating. Recently, my daughter was getting her things out of storage and she forgot to get the key back for me. I gave them a call and they were able to change out the lock for me so that I didn't have to go down there. I just went and picked up the key when I had time.
