We have had two bad experiences....
The first time, we called to arrange plumbing repairs at a rental home we own... We were told they do not do work on rental homes.
The second time, we called to arrange plumbing repairs at a house we were selling... Appointment was set a week ahead to meet between 3:00-5:00. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm, and was told all was set. I took off early from work. By 3:40, no one had showed, so I called again to confirm... This time, I was told they were running late, "but would be there closer to 5:00"... At 5:30, they called to say they had to cancel! So much for "On Time"... Elmer, we're done with you.
