I have been a customer of On time Elmer for a few years now. Last year when they came out for my fall 2014 air conditioner maintenance, I was told the furnace coils needed to be replaced but good for a while, but the tech said he would send someone else out for second opinion. Noone called so I called back to speak to a manager and there was no Manager there. The nice gentleman took the message and as of now March 2015 they still have not returned the call.
