When I get the more experienced technicians from Solvit Home Services, they go from the beginning to the end. They've gone as far as to replace a unit when nothing else solved the problem. They decided to call the company and get a new unit and put that in.

They check the unit from top to bottom and put it at all the factory recommendations. They ask you questions about what problems you have and correct them right there on the spot.

A few of the younger, newer technicians are less great, but if you get the experienced men, you're in good hands. I'd recommend them as service people and problem solvers. They're efficient; they don't waste any time.
