When I call 1st Class Air Service, I get serviced quickly. Back in the summer when it was so hot, I called and this gentleman came out to check my air conditioning and heater. He noticed my heater was blowing out but he saw my air conditioning still had its warranty so he worked on it under warranty so it would be top notch before the warranty was up.

I waited to fix my heater and it went out just like he said it would by the fall. I called 1st Class Air Service, and the same technician offered to come out and work on Sunday (the day I called) but I just had him come Monday morning.

They have incredible customer service, and they were so very patient with my arthritis making me do everything at a slower pace. They were very knowledgeable about my home's equipment and were so very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for better service.
