I've been with Parley's PPM for a long time. I've had a couple of emergencies where it was a city problem, and I called them because I didn't know what to do. Parley's came immediately. They're very good.

When it isn't an emergency, they come within the day or the next day. We've had them put in AC, plumbing, dishwashers, and a garbage disposal. Their prices are not outrageous. They have always been able to come forward with the parts that are needed. If they don't have them, they can always get them right away.
