Parley's PPM provides great service. They are prompt, responsive, and courteous. They are very thorough when they get here. The technician that does the maintenance does a great job.

My one hesitation was that I felt they gave me poor advice on 1 of my new furnaces. They recommended one that was too fancy for my needs. I was paying extra for a computer system that they ended up manually overriding. They didn't seem to understand my concern. It just wasn't the right unit for our needs. They're great for service but not as good for recommending purchases.
