The guy SEI Electric sent out was great! He informed me about the specifics of our electrical problem and other things connected to it, which as a layperson I was very ignorant to. The problem was pretty much connected to a lot of safety stuff, too.

The light bulbs in my bathroom were always shorting out and he showed me the reason why. There's a flat, metal copper inside of the socket where you screw in the bulb. The reason our bulbs were shorting is that our copper thing is flat, so the tip of the bulb is not touching. He also showed us some other things about how you turn on the power. He showed us the surge and how if the light goes out you can restart it. They put in a new one for both our bathrooms.

We moved in here back in 1999 and in the hallway there are three switches. We never knew what one of them was for and so he also showed us what that other one was for. He showed us that it was connected to other outlets. Nobody else told us that. You can put in a lamp and use the switch instead of going to the lamp. That in itself was a "Wow" moment for us. Finally we know what all these switches. If I have a problem again, I will go to Matt. After he left I them an email sending kudos for his work.
