DisasterPlus was our first experience with this sort of disaster (water damage) so I didn't quite know what to expect. We had anticipated that we would have to do all the leg work in getting the furniture out and those sorts of things but they told us we didn't have to do anything. They boxed up everything and stored it until all the work in the house was done. That was a huge relief for us. The entire process is inconvenient but if it wasn't for DisasterPlus, it would have been an experience that I wouldn't want to wish on anybody. There were would have been so much do as homeowners. They basically said, don't worry about it, we'll handle it and they were right.
